Individual Therapy
Individual therapy can be a powerful agent of change in your life. Through conversation and connection, I can assist you in a deeper understanding of yourself and the different roles you play in your life. If you are wanting change, together we will determine where you have control in your circumstances and empower you to grow in healthy ways. Most times when we grow, our relationships and roles also change. Change can certainly be scary, which is why we will go at your pace, and I will support you throughout the process. Sometimes change can simply be a matter of viewing yourself, a circumstance, or another person in a different light. I strive to be a warm, safe, insightful and humorous therapist for all of my patients. I am very interactive in sessions, because I want to make sure we are not just talking but actually moving toward improving the quality of your life.
